 PicoGuard XS™ Low Capacitance ESD Clamp Protection Devices CMD's PicoGuard XS™ products are the second member of CMD's XtremeESD™ family of low capacitance ESD protection devices which provide a new level of ESD protection for next generation deep submicron ASIC devices. Featuring a unique impedance matched design with integrated inductors in series with the traces, these devices offer 40% reduction in peak clamping voltage, a 15-40% reduction in peak residual current and a 10% reduction in total energy reaching protected device. These devices are ideal for HDMI™ 1.3a and Displayport™ 1.1 applications.
