Fix Jumper - PANTA |
|
| | | | | | | | | PRODUCT DESCRIPTION | | | | | | | | | |
| PANTA FIX JUMPER are highly flexible flat conductor connectors combining the properties of flat cables and connector pins. | | | | | | | | | | They can be used both as soldered connection cables and quick-connect connectors. | | | | | | | | | PANTA FIX JUMPER are resistant to vibration and bending, thus acting as vibration dampers. this is achieved in particulare by flattening the round conductor. | | | | | | | | | The Insulation materials used ensure a maximum of reliability even at high temperatures. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | HIGH VIBRATION AND BENDING RESISTANCE | | | | | The smooth ans notchless transition from the flat to the round connector pin ensures a break-proof connection point. | | | | The natural vibration of the components to be connected, occurring in numerous applications, are transmitted via a connection point to the jumper and compensated by the same due to its specific properties. Thus the jumper counteracts a possible vibration build-up in the components to be connected, preventing their destruction due to the vibration. | | | | | | | | FEATURES | | | | | PANTA FIX JUMPER feature above all by: | | | |
| High vibration and bending resistance, | | | |
| Low working cost due to soldering all wiring points in the solder bath simultaneously, | | | |
| Optional, one end can be provided with soldering joints combined with connector, | | | |
| No preparatory work by wire stripping and cutting to length, | | | |
| Higher packing density as compared with electrically deposited foils and round conductor systems owing to the high bending strength and flat conductor cable profile. | | | | | | | | | | | | Ordering Code | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA | | | | | | | Pitch | in D | 0,031 | 0,039 | 0,049 | 0,05 | 0,075 | 0,078 | 0,098 | 0,1 | 0,125 | 0,138 | 0,15 | 0,2 | | Number of positions max. | | 32 | 32 | 32 | 32 | 32 | 32 | 32 | 32 | 25 | 20 | 20 | 16 | | Length | in A | 0,59 - 39,330 in 0,0039" distance; Special length to 197 | | Margin min. | in B | 0,012 | 0,019 | | Pin diameter | in C | 0,01 | 0,013 | 0,013 | 0,013 | 0,013 | 0,016 | 0,02 | 0,02 | 0,02 | 0,02 | 0,02 | 0,02 | | Wire gauge standard | AWG | 30 | 28 | 28 | 28 | 28 | 26 | 24 | 24 | 24 | 24 | 24 | 24 | | Flat conductor width | in G | 0,028 | 0,028 | 0,029 | 0,029 | 0,029 | 0,053 | 0,059 | 0,059 | 0,059 | 0,059 | 0,059 | 0,059 | | Flat conductor thickness | mil | 3,54 | 3,54 | 3,93 | 3,93 | 3,93 | 4,33 | 4,72 | 4,72 | 4,72 | 4,72 | 4,72 | 4,72 | | Conductor material | Cu acc.
